BetMGM Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BetMGM Canada. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online casino, sportsbook and poker services, whether you access us through betmgm.ca, our BetMGM app, or any related BetMGM platform. By creating an account, completing a betmgm sign up bonus offer, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully before you deposit or place a wager with us.

Who We Are and Our License

We are BetMGM Canada Inc., with our registered office at 88 Queens Quay West, Suite 2500, Toronto ON M5J 0B8. BetMGM is an indirect, partially-owned subsidiary joint venture of MGM Resorts International, marketed under brands owned by MGM. In Ontario, we operate under authorization from iGaming Ontario (iGO) and are registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario as a Sports Wagering Operator. In Alberta, we operate under authorization from the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) and are registered with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a BetMGM Canada account, you must be at least 19 years old in Ontario or 18 years old in Alberta, and you must be physically present in the licensed province at all times while wagering. We terminate any active session immediately if your device leaves the applicable province. We verify your identity through Canadian credit bureaus, including TransUnion Canada and Equifax Canada, and where necessary through government-ID and proof-of-address checks. Only one account per person is permitted, and all funds you deposit and withdraw must be in Canadian dollars; we do not accept foreign currencies, foreign cards, or foreign payment methods.

Restricted Persons and Territories

We do not permit residents of Afghanistan, Curacao, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Iran, North Korea, Iraq, Kuwait, Somalia, Syria or Yemen to hold accounts with us, nor anyone located in a jurisdiction where participation conflicts with applicable law. We prohibit the use of any technology intended to obscure or falsify your location. We also restrict access for anyone under the provincial minimum age, individuals in a self-exclusion process, court-restricted persons, our own officers and directors, trade-union executives representing our staff, regulatory personnel from the AGCO, OLG or iGO, and suppliers or vendors connected to our Affiliate Group, which includes MGM and Entain plc.

BetMGM Login and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betmgm login credentials, whether you access your account through betmgm ontario login, our Alberta portal, or the betmgm casino app ontario. We recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately through Customer Care. Deposits, Currency and Payment Methods

We accept deposits via PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, bank wire transfer, PayWithMyBank, MuchBetter, TAPPP, GameOn Card, and prepaid or gift cards, subject to a combined cap of $250 across five cards per seven calendar days. The minimum deposit for our casino, sportsbook and poker welcome offers is $10. We charge no deposit fees ourselves, though your card issuer may classify a deposit as a cash advance. Credit card deposits are accepted only from the main or joint account holder; deposits from authorized users will be returned.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

Wherever possible, we return your withdrawal to the same method you used to deposit. If that method is unavailable, we may require you to supply a second account along with documentation proving legal ownership. Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review period of up to five business days, and additional delays may occur if we conduct a Security Review. When you have deposited using a credit or debit card, we may decline a withdrawal request within 14 days of that deposit. Until we release a withdrawal, we may reverse it back into your account balance, and we may merge multiple pending withdrawal requests. Funds tied to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until you complete the applicable wagering requirement.

Every account is automatically enrolled in BetMGM Rewards and, separately, in the MGM Rewards Program. These are distinct programs with their own point structures; points are not interchangeable, though eligible play at either brand can count toward tier status. Our tiers range from Sapphire through Pearl, Gold and Platinum up to invitation-only NOIR status. Points carry no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred, and unused Sapphire points expire after 90 days of inactivity, while higher tiers expire after 180 days.
